Meet The Team

Tracey Kosack

Tracey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, offering a highly personalized approach to mental health care.

Her clinical background spans the full spectrum of psychiatric treatment, including crisis stabilization; acute psychiatric emergencies; and the management of complex conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD. Tracey has extensive experience in detoxification and dual diagnosis treatment, as well as specialized training and clinical work in eating disorders.

Tracey believes exceptional care requires more than simply prescribing medication—it requires precision, insight, and a genuine understanding of each individual’s story. Her style is collaborative and transparent, combining clinical expertise with honest dialogue to help patients make informed, empowered decisions about their treatment.  Tracey brings both clinical depth and a grounded, relatable presence to her practice.

The Living Room represents the foundation of her approach to care. It is a space that is warm, private, and intentionally free from the sterile feel of traditional clinical environments. It symbolizes comfort without complacency—a place where patients can show up as they are, speak openly, and feel supported. In this space, meaningful conversations happen, trust is built, and real change begins.
