Meet The Team

Sam Mullins

Admissions Coordinator

Sam brings authenticity, compassion, and understanding to her role at The Living Room through both her personal journey and her passion for helping others heal. Having experienced addiction and recovery firsthand, she understands how isolating, overwhelming, and emotional the process of asking for help can be—not only for the individual struggling, but for the families who love them as well.

After overcoming opioid addiction and rebuilding her own life in recovery, Sam developed a deep commitment to supporting others as they navigate their own paths toward healing. Her ability to connect with people comes from a place of genuine understanding, empathy, and lived truth rather than judgment or clinical distance. She believes some of the most meaningful support comes from simply making people feel safe, heard, and understood during moments when they may feel hopeless or uncertain.

Sam is passionate about helping individuals see that recovery is possible and that healing is about far more than just sobriety; it is about rediscovering self-worth, rebuilding relationships, and learning how to live fully again. She was drawn to The Living Room because of its compassionate, whole-person approach to care and its commitment to creating an environment where people can heal with dignity, connection, and support.

Known for her warmth, honesty, and calming presence, Samantha strives to ensure that every person and family she speaks with feels less alone and more hopeful about what comes next.
