Meet The Team

Keith Hoyos
Environment of Care OfficerKeith brings a well-rounded background in behavioral health, with experience in both admissions and housing leadership roles. Having worked on the front lines of admissions, he developed a strong ability to connect with individuals during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives—guiding them through the intake process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. He further strengthened his leadership skills during his time as a Housing Director, where he was responsible for creating a structured, supportive, and safe environment that promoted accountability and growth for residents.
His personal journey is a core part of who he is today. With seven years of sobriety, Keith understands firsthand the challenges, setbacks, and victories that come with recovery. This lived experience allows him to relate to clients on a deeper level with genuine understanding and hope.
At The Living Room, Keith’s role centers around creating an environment where everyone—from those just entering treatment to others working to maintain long-term sobriety—feels seen and heard. Keith’s specialties include client engagement, crisis support, housing structure, and building strong therapeutic rapport. He takes pride in being someone who can balance compassion with accountability, helping individuals stay focused on their goals while feeling supported every step of the way.
The Living Room is meaningful to Keith because it aligns with both his professional and personal values. It’s a place where real change happens, and being part of that process is something he doesn’t take for granted. What differentiates him is his ability to connect authentically with empathy and bring both lived experience and learned insight into the work he does every day. He remains committed to continuous growth and making a lasting impact in recovery communities.
