Meet The Team

Jess Galvano

Marketing & Brand Manager

A creative communicator, Jess thrives where the interplay of words and visuals makes the invisible, the untold, not just seen or heard but felt. She views branding as translation: the art of turning otherwise silent stories into something shared, of turning clichés into language that cuts through and connects. Well-versed in both brand expression and personal healing, Jess brings over 15 years of working exclusively with mission-driven organizations ranging from global learning to wellness. Her blended experience naturally lends itself to building brands that are required to exist within a system but whose look and feel are anything but sterilely systemic.

Jess is, quite literally, putting her BA in English and minor in Journalism & Editorial Design from Boston University to work capturing the essence of The Living Room. Knowing the depths of addiction and later rediscovering the power in presence as a member herself, Jess knows firsthand the message here isn’t shy. It doesn’t flinch. It’s as real as the pain that brings people to treatment. Speaking a language that’s raw, human, and yet eloquently full of care, The Living Room’s voice rings with a felt resonance—one whose echoes she is eager to carry to those seeking not to recover what was, but to openly embrace what is and awaken to the wonder of what is yet to come.

Balancing her natural intensity with meditative moments often spent outdoors, Jess settles into a soundtrack and rhythm of rolling waves when beachcombing with her dog, Sparrow.
